Position: IT Engineer / Senior IT Engineer / Senior IT Engineer (Team Lead)
As part of the AVBT family, IT Engineers monitor and maintain our clients’ computer systems and networks. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems through our helpdesk ticketing system or in person on-site.
IT Engineers are equipped cross disciplinary expertise such as Windows OS, Mac OS, Linux and hybrid technologies. You will be a critical asset to any organization as you are required to maintain IT infrastructure and system efficiency through daily onsite IT operations and troubleshooting of end devices and networks.
You will be involved in key infrastructure upgrades through project deployment and IT Change management towards Industry 4.0. You will mostly be working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment thus you will personally need to have a professional level of IT cybersecurity hygiene. Training will be provided.
You will be exposed to our AVBT framework and processes. Professional IT certifications and training will be provided by AVBT as part of our continuous learning and self-development program.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond, remediate and resolve within SLA timings
- Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Support project implementation
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT On-site Support
- At least ITE / Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Singaporean / PR
- Customer oriented with good communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
Advantages
- Knowledge and experience in Windows 7,10, Microsoft office 365 and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience in Apple Mac OS and troubleshooting
- Familiar with LAN / WAN networking infrastructure

Position: Cybersecurity Executive / Consultant
As part of the AVBT family, cybersecurity executives conduct cybersecurity activities such as VAPTs for our clients’ networks and IT systems. You will also be performing digital forensics that will be submitted in a court of law.
Cybersecurity executives are equipped cross disciplinary expertise such as network and internet security, security products such as Firewalls, VPNs. IDS etc. You will be a critical asset to any organization as you are required to perform and maintain cybersecurity and compliance for organizations as their CIO / CSO.
You will be involved in key infrastructure upgrades through project deployment and IT Change management towards Industry 4.0. You will mostly be working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment thus you will personally need to have a professional level of IT cybersecurity hygiene. Training will be provided.
You will be exposed to our AVBT framework and processes. Professional IT certifications and training will be provided by AVBT as part of our continuous learning and self-development program.

- Assist, monitor or conduct cybersecurity activities (VAPT) and generate reports for remediation proposition.
- Assist, monitor or conduct digital forensic activities and generate reports
- Coordinate and manage customers and projects
- Manage and grow portfolio of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
- Drive service creation, service, and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in IT cybersecurity roles or 4 years’ experience in IT technical roles
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Singaporean / PR
- Mature thinking with pleasant personality and team player

Position: Client Account Specialist / Client Account Executive / Client Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update monthly IT pricelists.
- Handle and manage clients’ IT sales requests for both hardware and software directly or through by email and phone support
- Prepare and send quotations to clients and ensure clients are invoiced on time.
- Prepare, keep track and send POs to respective vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients
- Coordinate with operation team for onsite setup
- Track IT assets for all contract clients
- Proactively contact clients to for hardware refresh and software renewals
- Work with operations team to review gaps in existing clients’ IT infrastructure and recommend IT solutions based on those gaps.
- Scan and keep track of receipts.
- Any other duties as required and directed by Company’s directors.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in IT sales / client account management
- N Levels / O Level / ITE / Diploma
- Singaporean / PR
- Mature thinking with pleasant personality and team player
Advantages
- 2 years in technical IT experience
- Knowledge and experience in Business Analysis, IT concepts and IT infrastructure
- Experience in managing and developing client accounts
- Experience in level 1 on-site desktop / laptop troubleshooting and diagnosis
